# START HERE — FB Ecom Solution IT POS + ERP

## Scope honesty

This is a migration architecture + schema + secure deployment starter, **not the complete 25-module ERP application**. The PHP scaffold has basic authentication, CSRF/session handling, a first-admin setup flow, health endpoint and sample item API. POS checkout, purchase workflows, returns, full stock valuation, accounting posting, reports, HR/payroll, marketing, telecom API, and AI features still need their module services and screens. Use the included roadmap and tests to implement and verify them in phases.
